Admin rights for your Leexi and Aircall user accounts

Instructions

On your Leexi account

• Go to Settings → Company Settings → Integrations

• Click Add on the Aircall integration

  

• Click Authorize

• Click Add numbers

  

• Select all the numbers for which you want calls to be recorded to Leexi, and click confirm

• You will be redirected to the Leexi integrations page

• Important: Click on the Manage button of the Leexi integration, and make sure your Leexi users are properly bound to the corresponding Aircall users

  

Additional Information

Make sure your calls get recorded!

Under Numbers, in the **Settings

• Verify that the options “Start recording automatically” are ticked for each number used with Leexi.
