Each one of your users will have to activate the integration for their user account. But first, a Flow admin for your account must give the recording permission to your users.
Admin instructions
Needs to be done a single time by an admin of your account.
- Log-in to your Flow Admin Portal
- Go to Users → Permissions, and make sure the Recorded Calls column is checked for all the relevant users
- If the Recorded calls permission is not enabled for some users, you can enable it by clicking on the user and check the Recorded calls checkbox
User instructions
Each user of your account must follow these instructions.
On your Flow account
- Login to your Flow Account
- Go to Settings → Call Recording & Co-listening
- Click on Call Recording and enable Record Calls (note: this setting can also be set by profile)
- Go to My Account → Username and password
