Prerequisites

Admin rights to your Leexi and ALLOcloud accounts

Instructions

On your ALLOcloud account

• Go to Config → Advanced → Account Details

• Go to the Advanced tab, and check the Outgoing call recording checkbox. Refer to the ALLOcloud documentation to enable recording on incoming calls with callflows.
• Go to the Credentials tab, enter name “Leexi”, and click create

• You will get a pop-up with the API key, which you can copy (without the “API Key: “ prefix!)

On your Leexi account

• Go to Settings → Company Settings → Integrations
• Click Add on the ALLOcloud integration

• Paste the api key you just copied
• Copy-paste the URL you get when login into ALLOcloud, containing your company name, for example https://leexi.allocloud.com (do not include anything after the “.com”)
• Click on Save
