Instructions

Enabling Call Recording

Please refer to the following documentation to make sure you have recording enabled in CloudTalk

On your CloudTalk account

• Go to Account → Settings → API keys, and click on Add API Key

On your Leexi account

• Go to Settings → Integrations → Cloudtalk, click on Add
• Copy the API key ID and secret from CloudTalk, and paste them in Leexi
• Click on Save

Your next Cloudtalk calls will appear on Leexi!
