Prerequisites

Admin rights to your Leexi and Microsoft accounts

Instructions

• Go to https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/environments
• Click on the environment you want to integrate with Leexi
• Copy the environment url

• Go to https://app.leexi.ai/en/settings/integrations, find the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales integration and click on Add

• paste the URL copied previously, and click Save

• Sign in to your admin Microsoft account, and accept the requested permissions.

You’re done! Your CRM information will now be synced with Leexi, and you will start receiving Call notes on the relevant CRM objects.
