Prerequisites

• Admin rights for your Leexi and Odoo user accounts
• Custom Odoo pricing plan. The integration uses the Odoo external API which is available only on Odoo Custom plans. If you have a One App Free or Standard plan, the integration might no work. For more information visit the Odoo pricing page.
• Odoo version 15.3 or higher

The Odoo integration allows you to sync information between Leexi and Odoo. For it to work, you need at least the **Contact** module to be installed on your Odoo instance.

Instructions

On your Leexi account

• Go to Settings → Company Settings → Integrations
• Click Add on the Odoo integration

• Fill the required information:

  • Instance URL: The URL to your Odoo instance. Example: *<https://demo.odoo.com>*

  • Database Name: The name of the Odoo database you want to connect with Leexi. Example: demo

  • Username: The email or username used to login to the Odoo instance. Note that the user should have admin rights and should have a password set in the Odoo instance. It is recommended to create a user for the purpose of creating an API key.

  • API key: How to create an Odoo API key? Be sure to create an API key for the username you chose on the previous step.

    

• When everything is filled up, click on Save.

• Click on the Manage button of the Leexi integration, and make sure your Leexi users are properly bound to the corresponding Odoo users.

  

You’re done! Your CRM information will now be synced with Leexi, and you will start receiving Call notes on the relevant CRM objects.
