On your Salesforce account

Before activating the Leexi integration, we recommend you to enable Shared Activities on your Salesforce account. When a meeting involves multiple customers, this enables us to create a single note related to each customer.

On your Leexi account

You’re done! Your CRM information will now be synced with Leexi, and you will start receiving Call Notes on the relevant CRM deals, customers, leads and organizations. This is the kind of note you will see in Salesforce.
