Admin rights to your Leexi and Vonage accounts

Instructions

On your Vonage account

• Log in to the VCC admin portal and go to API credentials
• Click Create new
• provide the following information
  • name: Leexi
  • Scopes: users:read and interaction-content:read
• Keep the webpage open, you will need the client id and secret

On your Leexi account

• Go to Settings → Company Settings → Integrations
• Click Add on the Vonage Cloud Center integration

• Paste the client id as API key ID and the secret as API key secret
• Select the region in which your VCC server is based
• Click on Save

Your next Vonage calls will appear on Leexi!
