Import your 3CX calls into Leexi

Instructions

Enable Call Recording

Go to the 3CX Management Console, under Users

For each user, you may select the Record all calls option, and save by clicking OK

Configure Remote Archiving

Under ReportingRecordings → Settings

If remote archiving of recordings is enabled (see https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/call-recording/), make sure the “Archive recordings schedule” is not set to “Immediately - Right after call ends”. Select “Daily” instead.

If “Temporary Recording Location” has changed from the default (/var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Data/Recordings), copy the new value to be used when activating the integration.
